Cooler Balm is a blend of inhibited cleaning agents designed to remove scale, mineral and lime deposits from cooling towers and systems. It acts to keep cooling towers clean and working efficiently. There is no need to add biocide, as it is a component in Cooler Balm’s formulation. For cleaning your system, add Cooler Balm to your system at a rate of 1-gallon per 10-gallons of water. To maintain a clean system, add Cooler Balm at a rate between 1-gallon per 3000 to 6000 gallons, or maintain a pH level in the 7.5 range. Shipping information
Orders placed before 2pm MT ship the same day. We ship direct from our manufacturing facility in Rupert, Idaho, which keeps freight costs down and puts most of the Northwest within 1 to 2 day ground delivery. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Returns & warranty
If something is not right, contact us before returning any product. All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. We refund the product price only; shipping charges are excluded and return freight is the customer's responsibility. We do not accept C.O.D.
