Shipping information
Orders placed before 2pm MT ship the same day. We ship direct from our manufacturing facility in Rupert, Idaho, which keeps freight costs down and puts most of the Northwest within 1 to 2 day ground delivery. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Hazardous-material products ship by truck freight rather than ground parcel and require DOT-compliant labeling, documentation, and handling. For freight quotes on bulk or hazmat orders, contact us at (800) 635-8930.

Returns & warranty
If something is not right, contact us before returning any product. All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. We refund the product price only; shipping charges are excluded and return freight is the customer's responsibility. We do not accept C.O.D.
Hazardous-material products, clearance items, and special-order items cannot be returned. Report any damaged goods or shortages within 30 days of the ship date. See our full Return and Refund Policy.
