Works Where Consumer Brands Quit

Most store-shelf hard water removers are diluted for low-risk retail. This formula is built to industrial strength, meaning it breaks down heavy scale and mineral bonds that lighter products leave

One Bottle Handles Four Problems

Hard water stains, calcium and lime deposits, rust marks, and soap scum - the 35 oz bottle covers all four. You stop juggling four separate products and get one that actually does the job.

Less Scrubbing, Faster Results

Apply, allow a short dwell time, and wipe away. The formula does the chemical work on mineral deposits so you are not grinding away at buildup that has been hardening for months.

How it works

Apply Directly to the Stain

Spray or apply TECHNICHEM Pro-Strength onto the hard water stain, rust mark, or mineral deposit. No dilution required for standard household or light industrial use.

Let It Dwell 1 to 3 Minutes

Allow the formula to sit on the surface. The active chemistry dissolves mineral bonds during this contact time. For heavy or long-standing buildup, leave it a little longer before moving on.

Wipe Away and Rinse

Wipe with a cloth or non-scratch scrub pad, then rinse the surface thoroughly with water. Severe buildup may call for a second application, but most stains clear in a single pass.

Questions, answered

What surfaces is this safe to use on?

TECHNICHEM Pro-Strength is safe for glass, ceramic tile, porcelain, fiberglass, chrome, and stainless steel. Do not use on natural stone such as marble or granite, or on uncoated aluminum, as acid-based formulas can etch those materials. When using on a new surface for the first time, test a small

Do I need to scrub?

For light to moderate buildup, the stain typically wipes away after the dwell time with little or no scrubbing. Very heavy or long-standing scale may need light agitation with a non-scratch pad or a second application.

Is ventilation required?

Yes. Use in a well-ventilated space. Open a window or run an exhaust fan when applying in enclosed bathrooms or shower stalls. Avoid prolonged inhalation of vapors and keep the product away from children and pets during use.

How does the 35 oz size compare to standard bottles?

Standard consumer hard water removers typically come in 16 to 22 oz bottles. The 35 oz bottle gives you significantly more applications per purchase, which matters if you are treating multiple fixtures, a whole bathroom, or recurring buildup in a commercial space.

How is this different from what I find at the grocery store?

Consumer formulas are generally produced at lower acid concentrations to reduce handling concerns at retail. TECHNICHEM is formulated at industrial strength with a higher concentration of active ingredients, designed for stubborn buildup that lighter products cannot dissolve.
