Match the detergent to the metal

The fastest way to ruin parts in a hot tank is running the wrong chemistry for the metal. That is why this line splits by material: HD Hot Tank Powder handles steel and cast iron, while Hot Tank Powder for Aluminum and MZF are formulated so aluminum and cast parts come out clean instead of etched.

On the liquid side, Positive 170 runs in spray cabinets, and Positive 180 is the extra heavy-duty option for hot tanks and spray cabinets when buildup is at its worst. Several in this line ship as hazardous materials via UPS Ground.
