Saw Blade Operations:

A family of products that fill a need for every wood tooling operation

Blade Clean:  A saw blade, finger joint head and moulder head cleaning solution.  It will clean the buildup of pitch, sawdust and glues from all types of wood working equipment. Pine pitch, to the hardest hard wood pitch and all types of glues and resins will be removed.    

Clear Lube:  A mineral oil based saw blade and wood tooling head lubricant.   It is a clean, low odor lubricant that will speed up production time, give a cleaner cut and keep tools sharper longer.  Currently we have some metal workers using this same coolant as a sawing and grinding coolant, so you know that it is a heavy-duty lubricant.  It will not cause issues with the wood or with your waste sawdust.     

Glue Release Products:  The age of large trees has gone away, so in today’s environment you are building large trees again out of small trees.  We are building several different glue release and barrier products to keep the glue from sticking where you do not want it to.   

Cool Blue:  A latex based soft compound for really sticky adhesives and glues, not for use in ovens and high temperatures.  

Glue Release:  A silicone, acrylic based glue barrier that dries and can take the heat of dryers and ovens.  

Release:  A water based silicone concentrate for use as a release product for anything that sticks.   Glue, stucco, paint, concrete, asphalt, you name it.   

Hot Vat and Spray Cabinet Cleaners:

Our full line of products is second to none.  We produce a full line of cleaners for all types of surfaces and all types of cleaning.   From the old style stationary hot tanks to the newest automated spray cabinet up to the monster size Proceco brand washers.   

Positive 170:  A liquid, non foaming, heavy duty compound for cleaning years of grease and oil buildup, multiple layers of paint and also great on removing rust from all ferrous parts.  

Positive 180:  A granular dry compound for fast and complete cleaning of steel and ferrous metals in spray cabinets and hot tanks.  Works great on removing rust and will keep it from returning after parts are clean.

HD Hot Tank Powder:  A granular product for all types of cleaning.  It will clean the buildup of paint, grease and oil and it has a very long lasting tank life.   

MZF:   Use in spray cabinets only.  This product works on both aluminum and ferrous materials.  It will not remove paint, but it will clean the grease and oil and will be safe on your aluminum.     

Aluminum Hot Tank Powder:  A mild cleaner that will clean the softest aluminum without damage.             

Restaurant Stove Hood Cleaning Products:

Secret Sauce:   Funny name,  but it works on hoods that have peanut or vegetable oil in them.    Those oils are healthy for us they say,   but what a mess they make in the hoods.    Secret Sauce by itself or as an additive with Big Brute Powder will speed up the job, and cut the gooey mess.
